Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellations must be communicated, via fax or e-mail, no less than fifteen days prior to the date of arrival. Cancellations made after this time will be subject to charges for the first night of the booking.
Long bookings:
For bookings of over a week the deposit required is €300. In case of non-arrival at the Residence, the reservation will be kept only for the first night.
In case of early departure the total amount will be forfeited.
Privacy
In accordance with Law 675/96 (Privacy), your personal data will be processed solely in order to meet the request for accommodation received and/or to send updates on our special offers. We guarantee the confidentiality of your data and you may at any time request that it be rectified or deleted by sending us a fax or email.
